CONVERSION OPTIONS
Our chassis extensions are extensively engineered to meet (and often exceed) original manufacturer specifications, providing strength, safety and reliability. They give you extra space for trays or canopies while supporting heavy loads and improving ride quality and towing performance.

Toyota stepped up the engineering and manufacturing technologies with the 300 Series, so we stepped ours up to match.
The ASG4X4 team saw the new Toyota 300 Series as an opportunity to take dual cab conversions further than ever. Using over 10 years of experience and more than 1000 LC200 conversions, we refined our engineering, integrated global industry technologies, and partnered with leading aftermarket manufacturers to solve every challenge.
We remanufactured the chassis, reverse-engineering the lightweight ladder frame and adapting our proven methods to the updated design. Integrating the rear cab panel with the aluminium roof required cold metal transfer (CMT) welding - a process used by Europe’s leading car manufacturers. This ensures structural integrity, eliminates glue seams, preserves the iconic body curves, and maintains the original weight rating even after losing the two rear mounting points.
To enhance touring capability, we collaborated with Brown Davis to develop a mid-mount fuel tank, increasing capacity from 110L to 200L without adding weight behind the rear axle. This upgrade is available for both midi and long wheelbase models.
Finished with ASG4X4’s signature attention to detail, the result is a dual cab that combines comfort, capability, reliability, and refinement — ready for work or adventure straight off the lot.

Our dual cab conversions transform the original wagon into a OE-quality dual cab. The rear section is carefully removed and replaced with an vehicle-specific engineered rear wall, installed using industry-leading automotive body repair techniques. Depending on the chassis extension, factory wheel arches are finished with either infills or practical toolboxes, maintaining both form and function.
The cab is then meticulously prepped and painted to the original manufacturer’s standard, with the rear wall reupholstered to create a cabin that feels as if it came straight from Toyota. Every detail is considered, ensuring a seamless, high-quality result that combines durability, practicality, and refined finish.

Our dual cab conversions and chassis extensions include GVM (Gross Vehicle Mass) upgrades on all builds, supported by upgraded suspension and extensive engineering to ensure safety and reliability under heavier loads.
All models come standard with a 4,200kg GVM, with an optional 4,490kg upgrade.
*GCM (Gross Combination Mass) is the total weight of your vehicle plus any trailer or load. GCM upgrades are available depending on the state laws.
