From Wagon to Dual Cab:
The ASG4X4 Process

  • Our dual cab conversions transform the original wagon into a OE-quality dual cab. The rear section is carefully removed and replaced with an vehicle-specific engineered rear wall, installed using industry-leading automotive body repair techniques. Depending on the chassis extension, factory wheel arches are finished with either infills or practical toolboxes, maintaining both form and function.

    The cab is then meticulously prepped and painted to the original manufacturer’s standard, with the rear wall reupholstered to create a cabin that feels as if it came straight from Toyota. Every detail is considered, ensuring a seamless, high-quality result that combines durability, practicality, and refined finish.

  • Our dual cab conversions and chassis extensions include GVM (Gross Vehicle Mass) upgrades on all builds, supported by upgraded suspension and extensive engineering to ensure safety and reliability under heavier loads.

    All models come standard with a 4,200kg GVM, with an optional 4,490kg upgrade.

    *GCM (Gross Combination Mass) is the total weight of your vehicle plus any trailer or load. GCM upgrades are available depending on the state laws.

  • We offer a Braked Towing Capacity upgrade of 4.0T and is available in QLD, NSW and VIC.
